What local SEO comes down to
When someone searches for a service and a town, Google looks for businesses it is sure about: who they are, where they are and where they work. Every page that serves a town should say all three, in words a visitor can read and in structured data a machine can read, with the same name, address and phone everywhere.
The rest is about the visitor on a phone: a number they can tap, opening hours, and a map. Most local searches happen on phones, often minutes before someone calls.
What this tool cannot see
Your Google Business Profile, your reviews and your listings on other sites. Those matter as much as the page. Check the profile in Google’s own Business Profile manager, and keep its name, address and phone the same as on your site.
